Junior Project Manager
The Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of projects across the UK’s leading independent schools. You’ll work alongside Senior PMs, gaining hands-on experience in managing timelines, budgets, and relationships while developing into a confident project leader.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with project coordination from design through to completion.
- Track schedules, budgets, and procurement.
- Support client communication and reporting.
- Help manage suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting notes.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, organised approach and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in design, construction, or fit-out project management.
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in a related role (or relevant degree).
