Junior Project Manager

The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of projects across the UK’s leading independent schools. You’ll work alongside Senior PMs, gaining hands-on experience in managing timelines, budgets, and relationships while developing into a confident project leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with project coordination from design through to completion.
  • Track schedules, budgets, and procurement.
  • Support client communication and reporting.
  • Help manage suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting notes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, organised approach and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in design, construction, or fit-out project management.
  • Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in a related role (or relevant degree).
